Dear Presidents of national and continental organizations of the liberal professions,
Dear Liberal Professional Colleagues of the World,
It is with real pleasure and pride that I address you to wish you my most sincere congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of the celebration of World Liberal Professions Day which coincides with September 23 each year.
This initiative taken around ten years ago aims to promote the place of liberal professionals from around the world, to bring them together and to highlight the noble common values that unite them.
I would like to warmly thank the national unions and organizations of the liberal professions who have planned to celebrate this world day with jubilation and conviviality.
I would like to thank my colleagues in the executive office who set the tone and the desire to extend this day to a global week of liberal professions with ambitious and attractive programs around current themes and who brought together several speakers and distinguished guests.
This year I had the honor and pleasure of participating in an international symposium organized by the dynamic team of the National Union of Liberal Professions of Belgium in which personalities from Belgium and representatives of organizations from France, Angola and Tunisia took part.
Finally, I would like to wish excellent success for all the organizations of the liberal professions of all the member countries of the UMPL in their programs of festivity and celebration of this important world day of the liberal professions.
Long live the liberal professions and good luck to all liberal professionals around the world.
Thank you for your collaboration and for your consideration.
The president of the UMPL
Dr Faouzi Kechrid
